Pros: The massage is great and the price is the lowest around. Arrived quickly and was easy to put together.
Cons: It's extremely heavy and hard to get in the house and even move once assembled. I made the mistake of assembling it in the garage and had a tough time lifting and maneuvering it through the doorway and into the house, even with my husband's help. I also put a hole in the sheetrock when accessing the anti-gravity feature, but that was my fault for not having it far enough away from the wall.
The compression feature is pretty lame. I don't feel any benefit from having my arms and legs compressed.
It would work better if I were a little taller. I'm 5'3" and I have to recline way back and scooch up to get the full benefit of the neck massage. Taller people won't have this problem.
The massage chair can't be used as a regular chair when not in massage mode as it's not comfortable at all.
Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. I work long hours on a computer and it really helps work the kinks out. It won't take the place of a real hands-on massage, but it's wonderful to get some relief whenever I need it.
